Launch With Me
Give Your Launch the Very Best Chance of Succeeding — and Create a Replicable Process for All Your Future Launches
Anyone who’s selling you certainty right now is lying.
The economy’s weird, the small business world has been in a sticky spot for about 8 months now, and people are holding on tight to the dollars they have left, because they’re afraid to invest in a business they might not be running next year.
And yet, you still need to sell your stuff.
Launch season is coming up soon, and hear me when I say, what worked before will not work now.
That is not what most of the internet will tell you. “Buy my foolproof 90 day system!” they’ll say.
“Oh just use these prompts!” they’ll say.
“I can guarantee this funnel will give you XYZ results,” they’ll say, lying through their teeth.
Look, I’ve been doing this game 17 straight years, and can tell you with absolute confidence: there are never any guarantees in marketing. There’s always an element of chaos. And that element becomes amplified in direct correlation with the level of perceived instability in the market.
The businesses that survive are those that combine strategic maturity with dynamic action — or in other words, they have somebody at the helm who knows what to do, and how to iterate on that quickly in response to audience behavior.
That’s me.
Let’s launch your thing together!
Join me, and together we’ll create and execute on a dynamic launch plan that sells your thing now, and gives you a clear process for all your future launches.
Did you know that my launch work has:
Booked out a salon using just 3 emails, generating $20K in revenue in one day?
Got a local choir the gig of their dreams AND filled the venue with fans, some of whom traveled cross-country to see them?
Bumped up the numbers on a struggling course launch, doubling the participants just before cart close using just one email?
Sold tallow-based skincare by the literal truckload?
Supported some of the biggest names in entrepreneurship with launches — The Good Life Project, Kimberly Ann Johnson, Shaa Wasmund, and Todd Herman, to name a few.
Oh, and did I mention …
I know how to get massive visibility. I got 2.5 million views and 1.8 million listens from podcast appearances in the past year alone, and I’ve got my clients onto world-renowned stages (WDS, Carnegie Hall) and in fancy pants magazines (FastCo), got their debut books blurbed by industry leaders (Seth Godin), and closed deals on their behalf with some of the biggest firms in the world (Andreessen Horowitz.) Who could I put you in touch with?
I’ve maintained an average 94% close rate on sales for the past 15 years. Part of that comes down to exceptionally good marketing prep. The other is teachable skills. I can share both with you.
I write the emails you still actually read. You know, the list you’ve been on forever, the people who you feel a true connection with, the ones you look forward to? It’s me, wearing different hats. I wonder what I could do for your open rates?
All that to say, I’ve got the chops to make this work, and the experience to see you through even the most uncertain times.
Let’s do this.
Here’s the plan:
You and I will meet once a week for six weeks for a combination of strategy and execution calls. I’ll come with an analysis of your current marketing and any past launches you want me to take a look at. Then together, we’ll create a marketing plan for this launch, and then execute on it together, right through the launch.
Afterwards, I’ll analyze the launch, and use that information to create a replicable launch plan that you can use when you want to promote this offer again, or have something else to promote.
As with all things with me, you’re not just getting the system. I’m teaching you how to recreate it for yourself.
Most people charge you $1500 - $4,000 just for the launch plan. No implementation support, no outlines, and certainly no follow-up.
And then when things don’t go to plan, they turn it around on you: “The plan was good, you should have done more/worked harder/been better/bought more ads/etc.”
That’s not what we’re doing here.
I’m working with you to create a plan, standing beside you as you implement it, giving you real-time adjustments to make it as successful as possible, and then working with you to create a replicable process for every other launch you do.
So you’re getting an excellent launch plan. But you’re ALSO getting a level of strategy, skill, and discernment that you’ll use for the entire future of your business.
This includes:
Analysis of your current marketing strategy and channels
Creation of a marketing plan for this launch
Checklist of exactly what to do, when. As in, down to the day, action by action.
Outlines for all your comms (emails, social media, postcards, sales copy, videos, podcasts, whatever.)
Side-by-side implementation of the plan — I won’t just tell you what to do, I’ll do it with you, and cheer you on the whole way.
Live iteration of the plan as we go, based on audience behavior and metrics.
Post-launch analysis and updates to the plan.
Replicable launch planning and execution process for any future launches you do.
$3600
Payment plans available
This is a good fit if:
You have a well-defined offer, and you understand offer-market fit.
This is not your first launch ever.
You’re willing to do some work. Launching right now is not set and forget, there’s no magic funnel configuration. It takes some elbow grease. You may have to do some things that aren’t super comfortable. (Along the lines of emailing your referral network, not, like, icky sales funnel weirdoism.)
You have a level of comfort with risk that lets you try a plan out, and iterate on it while you’re still in motion.
You’re not launching, like, tomorrow. Ideally we’d do this 6 - 8 weeks before launch, the event, or cart close.
If that’s not you, but you still want my help, we can do that too!
Grab a consulting hour here instead, and I can help you figure out what’s what.
Who I Am and Why You Want to Do This With Me
I’m Rachel Allen, and I make words make money.
(Which is a pithy way of saying that I’ve been working as a marketing strategist, fractional CMO, and world-class copywriter for decades.)
I’m the person smart people bring in when they can’t figure out what to do next, and need an outside marketing brain that can keep up, and make quick, meaningful changes.
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, made millions of dollars for them and for myself. I publish two magazines a year, and have written or edited 19 books and counting. I regularly speak to broadcast audiences of millions, and I’ve taught marketing to people all over the world, including at World Domination Summit, The Hivery, and The One Retreat, one of the UK’s top 10 retreats for women.
My launch work specifically has led directly to 7-figure revenues, massive leaps in audience engagement, industry and national awards, and connections with top venture capital firms.
All that to say: I know my stuff. I’ve done this work with everyone from accountants to astrologers, sex workers to scientists.
Now I want to do it with you.
I really and truly believe that entrepreneurship is one of our most democratized access points to power, and nothing lights me up like working with people doing meaningful work so that together, we can increase their income and amplify their impact.
Btw, people really love working with me. You should see what it’s like when I put my brain on your business.
“It is an absolute delight to work with Rachel. I love talking through projects with her as she is always able to come up with great ideas and bring them to life in words and copy that draw people in. She is great at being able to understand your voice and write to it. Rachel sets clear expectations with deliverables and timelines & always exceeds them!”
- Stephanie Fields, The Good Life Project
“Rachel operates like a caffeinated supercomputer with a dry sense of humor. Her keen ability to hear and interpret any business request is truly exceptional - tell her what you need once she's already three steps ahead, typically with better ideas than you started with. No "artistic temperament", just pure, practical magic with a side of "why didn't I think of that?" Rachel is such a rare find that I selfishly hope no one else ever discovers her, so I can keep her all to myself forever!” - Mike Alonzo, boodle.AI
“Rachel has been so helpful for me. As a solo entrepreneur I often feel totally alone in my business but working with Rachel I could take a deep breath and feel guided and supported around marketing and copywriting. She is a great listener, really meets you where you're at, and has a gift of synthesizing information into clear and coherent messaging. I feel like she really cares about my business and making the copy and marketing plan feel authentic and aligned for me. She's compassionate, funny, and very discerning. I'd highly recommend having her on your team!”
- Amy Terepka, Groundwater Healing
“I love how Rachel takes a deep minute to really get to know a bit about you, and how she asks the best questions that tell her how to help you. I felt very seen during our sessions, and the results sounds just like me, but with the right amount of boost to the parts of my writing I hold dear - my sass and my sincere desire to build something delightful. I love the confidence it has given me too.”
- Sam Hunter, Embroidered Journey
Rachel is a brilliant copywriter. In just one hour, she's done what has taken me months, and she's done it with ease and fun. She quickly picks up on what you want to express and finds words that sound both approachable and impactful. I've worked with a few people to help me with my messaging but Rachel's style felt so good that I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
- Anne Rajoo, Peaceful Productivity®
“If you are looking for someone who will listen to your brand story, to understand your marketing goals and to help you achieve them in a way that yields results and feels 100% supportive then Rachel is your person!”
- Lisa Keohokalole Schauer, PointNorth
Let me be straight with you: I can’t offer you certainty.
But what I can give you is this:
17 years of experience in knocking launches out of the park for businesses big and small.
The humility to approach this without preconceptions, and to iterate based on the data, not my ego.
Wild creativity so we can come up with a plan that matches your brand, your offer, and your people AND the massive toolkit of skills to implement on it. Let’s make it weird!
A huge network of people who like helping me out with stuff. You know, like co-promoting my client’s work and hooking them up with people they need to get in touch with.
An eye on the long game bred into me by untold generations of farmers’ DNA. I know how to give you good advice on small things that have a long, compound gain.
The right balance of investment and objectivity to let me genuinely care about how your launch goes, while still being able to make the tough calls as needed.
My deep enthusiasm for you and your work. I really and truly believe in what you’re doing, and I want more people to buy it. I can hold the faith, even when you might not be able to.
All of that boils down to you giving your launch the very best possible chance of succeeding, knowing exactly what to do next time, and being able to create smart, strategic launch plans yourself going forward.
FAQs
-
You tell me. Has anything you’ve been doing in your marketing over the past 5 years or so worked like it did before? We’re in the middle of an industry-wide flux, and the old stuff simply is not working.
-
Yep. I’ve been doing it for quite some time, and gotten great results for my clients. I can’t promise you the same is going to happen. Chaos always chaos-es, and I’ve been a part of launches that simply did not go. But having been a part of both strong ones and flops means that I can see what’s happening early, and iterate as needed to get the best possible outcome.
Also, my last personal launch got 7% conversions on the sales page and 9% conversions in the cart. That’s 3-4 x higher than industry averages. Just sayin. -
I mean, go for it. Maybe they have figured out the secret to the marketing universe, and all will be well. But you and I both know how those “foolproof plans” work. The only thing they reliably do is bring in money for Marketer McMarkety-Face.
-
Two things:
(1) Most launch plans are just that: plans. No extra support. No iteration. You get the recipe, but you don’t get someone in the kitchen with you, modifying it to your taste and cooking alongside you. I’m not just throwing a plan at you and wishing you well, I’m right there with you, executing the whole way through.
(2) Marketing plans tend to be designed with a funnel mentality in mind, and are focused on bumping up the number of people at the top of the funnel so that the numbers game works in your favor. The problem with that is that people are now super jaded, and also buying in more of an ecosystem pattern than a funnel. (I can tell you more about that via email if you’re really curious, bottom line is, people are wise to traditional patterns and they’re not working.)
I cover your broadcast bases, but I also look at where your true strengths lie. Do you have a massive audience already? Aces, let’s talk to them. Can you borrow a friend’s audience? Let’s go there. Or maybe you have a tiny email list, but a super engaged referral network. I look at the whole picture (including assets you probably don’t realize you have) and choose the highest-leverage ones for your business and this product. It’s very different than the “IDK just like, post on Instagram” launch “plans.”
Plus, I iterate on it as we go. I take the live feedback we’re getting and refine the plan in motion so that you have the very best chance of success with this launch, and then have an optimized process to use in the future.

Because the very best it can do is to scrape the internet and find out what other people have done for their marketing plans, and then spit that out to you with a slight remix.
While it can be a great starting point for some, AI doesn’t do context, nuance, innovation, and discernment — all of which are critical for launches right now. -
Rachel Allen, marketing strategist, fractional CMO, and copywriter. I make words make money. I said a bunch of stuff about myself further up the page, so if you’re still curious at this point, just email me.

Yep! They’re built right into the cart. If you don’t see what you need, email me. We’ll figure it out.
